What's ACM?

ACM, the world's largest educational and scientific computing society, delivers resources that advance computing as a science and a profession. The HITMS ACM Student Chapter, established in [August 2025], is one of the few ACM Student Chapters in Pakistan and serves as a hub for students passionate about computing and technology. The chapter provides access to the premier ACM Digital Library, leading-edge publications, conferences, workshops, hackathons, and career resources, enabling students to learn, innovate, and excel. Comprising computer science and software engineering students, the chapter is dedicated to enhancing learning capabilities, spreading awareness about computing, and fostering a collaborative community. Its motto, [Advancing Computing as a Science and a Profession], reflects its mission to connect students to the global world of technology, offering opportunities to develop technical skills, participate in projects, and contribute to the computing community meaningfully.
